My mom's friend was in that situation. She had her husband's safe, he passed and didn't know the combination. No oe would open it or knew how. Her son was a millionaire.

My skill set is limited, but I can open master padlocks and simple left-right-left safes. I learned by taking them apart. I'ts a combination of feel and mathematics. Usually takes about 20 minutes and < 20 minutes to actually know the numbers.

She chose to leave it open, but not get the combination.

I haven;t used those skills in a long time. They were developed some 50 years ago when I was bored in high school and th internet didn't exist.

A suitcase that was given to us was opened after the lady passed away, I opened it on the 2nd try.

Something a little harder: Do you know how to turn the copier on after hours? No. Why do you need it? He gavea good reason, so i offered to help. I had the code in like 20 minutes.

Look to the plumbing or precision-metal industries. The term you are searching for is "Borescope" which is quite different from an endoscope.

One of many sources: https://www.gradientlens.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw8vqGBhC_ARIsADMSd1B8KNCMfkz6HQjPibfZ-Aqb-hSaG4W6v86lI1hNxRLcL1v1yKAbNxsaAkB9EALw_wcB

Spend the money you need for the purpose at hand. Going cheap will leave you frustrated!

I assume the endoscope will have its own leds for illumination. If so,
make sure that the Android tablet's USB connection has enough power to
light the leds. If it hasn't you might need to use a powered hub. If so,
check that the tablet will work with a powered hub.
