Politicians should only get paid if the budget is balanced, and there is

Thanks John. I have no problem going to component level. I do a lot of
work on arcade game monitors. I have not realy worked on projections.
I do not know where some of the components are located on the
projection. You are correct about the flyback as I have replaced that
years ago otherwise no other problems with the tv. Thanks that gives
me a good starting point. Ted

The micro/eeprom reset is a service function.

Hey, have you tried to get some service literature on the 195 chassis?
Might want to wait around for PlainBill to chime back in. He works on a
lot more of these than I. I switched my service genre to vintage guitar
amps and other pro sound/studio equipment a while back.
You've already replaced a flyback in this thing so obviously you know
something about them. My experience is limited to convergence amps, a
common failure in some sets. But in my youth I worked for a multi-brand
warranty center and was always handed the tough dog sets.

You said there is no power on attempt (no clicking ). The 195 is very
quiet when attempting a start as it has no relays. In a quiet room,
start the TV from the remote listening carefully in the back of the
TV. If you hear anything (chirp), the system control is okay, at
least the basic stuff. If it's truly dead, check the micro reset
voltage: On the main micro U13101, check pin 51 for 5 volts.

Could be a bias problem, but if you aren't good with amps it would be pretty
easy to blow up the thing and cause a much more expensive repair.
That said, could be a bad bias transistor, flaky bias pot, open resistor,
etc.
Unless there were a common problem on this model which someone here just
happens to know about (and Nikko's aren't the most common amps by a long
shot) then real troubleshooting by a qualified technician is your best bet.

Superglue (cyanoacrilate) is rather brittle and not recommended for
bonding resilient surfaces. Try any flexible glue, such as vinyl cement.

Your ability to master SACDs has nothing to do with the music industry.
We don't know how long SACD will last. Some audiophiles consider it the
best-possible currently available sound, but its multi-channel capability is
not only of no interest, but anathema to a large percentage of audiophiles
who claim to want good sound quality, but persistently reject the industry's
attempts to provide it. In a world where too many listeners consider
phonograph records the height of sound quality, there are no guarantees.
Harmonia-Mundi has almost completely stopped new SACD releases (even of what
are probably multi-ch masters), and is not re-pressing older ones. (This is
not altogether surprising. By not adopting a single-inventory system, H-M
effectively shot itself in the foot.)
Other companies, such as BIS, PentaTone, and several orchestra labels, have
been successful with SACD.

On the Internet I (perhaps) only found a PF0310 (without the A), but it is

I already tried there but they only have the PF0310 without the A. It requires a
higher voltage on the driver stage with respect to the PF0310A.

Does anyone have a schematic for the Nutone IK-25 door intercom. The
product is not sold by Nutone anymore, however, there are millions of
them in existence. And, they are still being sold by many companies
that have existing stock. Nutone told me that they don't even have a
schematic. I'm not sure I believe that, but they did say they
purchase the unit as-is. I'd like to make a few changes in the way it
operates. I'd like the indoor station to indoor station to be non-

has a different base (at least the heater pins are 1 and 3, rather than 3
