I got the scope, resistor(s). Variac + small transformer = variable AC
supply.

So describe away!

Thanks.

I may have the answer, but No, I can't help you....but you can go
through books and mfg semiconductor spec manuals....you can fish
through IR's site too.
I have a power supply myself that I need to boost to about 50 watts
continuous, the coil can bolster it but I have to rebuild the network
and upgrade a full bridge inhabited by dubious trolls..... hahaha.
Maybe I'll just send away for a new dedicated unit made to
specifications, the digits are unquestionable., the markings as
diverse as makers......Good Luck!

Oops 853A. pectrum analyzer mainframe.
Agilent shows no parts support except for a user manual.

The HP853A is a rack mount mainframe for the 8557A/8558A/8559A
spectrum analyzer plugins. I can't tell what you're trying to
accomplish, but if you want portable, swapping for the much more
common HP180A (smaller screen), HP181A (storage scope, small screen)
or HP182T (large screen, storage scope) mainframes might be a better
alternative to finding the case parts. I have one buried somewhere
that might work, but I'm not sure about mainframe compatibility to
your unspecified plugin.

Silly. Folks that do the rack installs have the HANDLE KIT as
surplus.

There are hundreds if not thousands of them out there.

A defective breaker is another example of a mechanical defect.
(Except if Jo was reseting the breaker and did not mention that
part.) A power strip protector is no different from any other non-
protector power strip when 120 volts remain below that 330 volts. As
noted repeatedly, being a protector is irrelevant to TV power off.
Either the protector is ripped apart to learn. Or it is binned and
replaced by that better non-protector strip..

I have one that works fine with a 500 GB hard drive, but will not work
at all with a DVD burner I just got. Another SATA-USB adapter runs it
just fine.

So is the first one "for hard drives only", or is it defective?
